Hong Kong's Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS):
Hong Kong's QMAS is mainly focused on attracting talent from all over the world. This scheme offers the immigrants to grow individually in one of the world's most happening places. This entrant scheme is highly used by the immigrants to enter and remain in Hong Kong.
Following are the requirements and features of the Hong Kong's QMAS program:
A test based on Pass Points - This test is conducted by either Achievement or General form
Original documents have to be brought to the interview
You can bring children under 18 and spouse along with you to Hong Kong.
Eligibility:
The following pre-requisites have to be satisfied by all applicants:
Age - should be 18 or above
Financial status - Applicant should be capable of accommodating and supporting himself / herself along with his/her dependents, if any. He/she needs to live on his/her own financial sources relying on public help during his/her stay in Hong Kong.
Good character - No adverse immigration record or criminal record in Hong Kong or any other place around the world.
Proficiency in Language - The applicant should be proficient enough in spoken and written English or Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua)
Basic educational qualification - Generally, a first class degree from a tertiary educational institution or from a recognized university. A Good education background is considered.
Assessment based on points
Applicants have to pass any one of the pointed based assessment either achievement based or points based, even though they meet all the pre-requisites.
