Scholastic Aptitude Test or SAT is taken by students who want to pursue their Bachelor’s in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia and Canada. This test is a prerequisite for getting into an undergraduate program.  SAT is conducted by the College Board with acceptance in over 800 Universities.

 The test is intended to assess a student’s preparedness for college by measuring his literacy, numeracy and writing skills that are needed for academic success in college. SAT assesses how well the test-takers analyze and solve problems.

SAT score has been a prominent factor in the application process for students applying for undergraduate admissions abroad.

The SAT has two main sections:

Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Math.

•  The Evidence-Based Reading and Writing comprises two tests: Reading and Writing & Language.
•  The Math section comprises a single test with two components: a no-calculator section and a calculator section.

The SAT also includes an optional Essay. Some schools may require the essay, so be sure to ask before you take the SAT.

Most educational institutions recommend that you submit your SAT scores while applying to their program.
