What is GRE?

The Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) is a standardized admission test taken by candidates who want to pursue their masters from an abroad university.  GRE is administered by ETS (Educational Testing Service), an independent organization.

The GRE has been designed to assess the academic awareness of aspirants. Educational organizations require the GRE scores of a Masters aspirant to judge his academic capability and the probability of his success in completing the master’s program. This test is conducted to enable educational institutions to identify applicants who are academically capable of successfully completing the business or law program.

1. Why GRE?

The test is exclusively conducted by American educational organizations providing master’s and doctoral programs to select qualified GRE candidates. However, some individual universities may not demand GRE scores for admission.

2. Who Can Take GRE?
